Ordering and Delivery
What are the delivery costs?
Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £15. Orders below £15 are charged at £2.99. Express shipping is £9.99 and delivers within 2 working days on orders placed before 3 pm.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 3 pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm, or on a weekend or bank holiday, are dispatched the next working day.
How long does standard UK delivery take?
Standard delivery arrives in 3 to 4 working days from dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. EU delivery is a flat rate of £12.99. For the rest of the world, shipping costs vary by destination and order weight. Contact us before ordering with your location and the items you want, and we will provide a quote.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes on an international order?
This depends on your country and the value of your order. In most cases, import duties or taxes will apply, but the specifics vary by region. Check your country’s import rules before ordering.
Are your products available on Amazon?
A selection of popular products is available on Amazon with Prime shipping for next-day delivery. For the full range, including all vehicle-specific kits, colour options, and custom work, order directly from the website.
Custom Orders
Can I get a custom logo or design on my mudflaps, sunstrip, or graphics?
Yes. Custom designs are available on mudflaps, sunstrips, and vehicle graphics. There is a small additional fee depending on the size and complexity of the design. Get in touch with your requirements, and we will confirm costs and timescales before you order.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy on all orders. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all fixings and packaging included. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.
I ordered the wrong part. Can I exchange it?
Yes, within the 30-day return window. Return postage for the incorrect item is your responsibility, as is the postage cost for the replacement. Contact us at admin@polyward.co.uk with your order details, and we will provide return instructions.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Contact us immediately via the contact page or email admin@polyward.co.uk with your order details and a description of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.
